Each proposal is fully customized based on your event’s scale, style, and needs. To provide accurate pricing, we begin with a consultation. After you submit an inquiry form, we’ll follow up within 3–5 business days to schedule a time to connect.

Yes! While we’re proudly based in Charlotte, NC, we’re open to traveling for select events. If you’re planning something outside the area, let us know—we’d love to explore what’s possible.

We typically book about a year in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as your event date is confirmed—especially for spring and fall events, which tend to fill quickly.

Absolutely. After your proposal is approved, a 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is broken into scheduled payments as outlined in your contract. If you need a more flexible payment structure, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you.
